Pricing & Policies
The basic pricing plan is stated below but is subject to change based on the project. Also stated below are most of the general policies.

Pricing

A free general estimate of the proposed design is available, based on the form found on the Information page

A project quote, based on a face-to-face design meeting (generally 1 - 2 hours) would be $50 and go toward the total quoted price.

25% of the quoted fee is to be paid up front and there will be a nonrefundable portion stated in the quote

Ask about the great introductory prices that are currently available for new clients.



Policies

Discounts on- site updates, changes, or maintenance are available for Return Business

Discounts on- site updates, changes, or maintenance are available for a Successful Reference

Discounts may be available for High Volume projects


Return or Repair

Reviews will be done throughout the project with sign-offs, so the final product should be very close to meeting the clients requirements. Some changes (repairs) are expected and are included in the quote and time line.

Any changes to the requirements requested by the client will trigger review and possible changes to the previous quote and project time line.

If the client refuses the final product, all except the nonrefundable portion of the fee will be returned

If the designer can not complete the project the client will be charged for only completed portions that are agreed upon between the client and the designer. All of the fee may be returned.


Payment

Cash and checks will be accepted as payment.

Credit cards are not currently accepted.

NSF Checks returned will trigger an additional $25 charge
